Pamela G. Sullivan

Attorney at Law

Pam is a Roswell, GA attorney specializing in estate planning and probate law with additional expertise in real estate related issues that are part of the estate planning and probate process. After working with law firms in the Atlanta area in real estate for four years Pam formed her own law firm in Alpharetta, Georgia, in 1998 to include estate planning, probate and estate administration to her firm’s areas of practice. The firm, Pamela G. Sullivan, P.C., Attorney at Law, relocated to Roswell in 2010. Pam gave up her real estate to focus entirely on estate planning and estate issues and offers clients more than 15 years of legal experience in estate planning, probate, and estate administration. She believes that her real estate background adds a level of experience held by few estate planning and probate attorneys.

Pam earned her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, graduating cum laude in the top 15% of her class. She earned distinction for her writing skills and received an American Jurisprudence Award for her skills in Wills and Trusts. Pam was an associate writing editor of Law Review and was active in student government.

Pam prides herself on the fact that she had considerable life and work experience before becoming an attorney. She grew up on Long Island, New York, attended Trinity College in Washington, D.C. and earned her B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from St. John’s University in Jamaica, New York. She worked in the music industry as a singer and musician and then went on to a successful career in sales with an international airline, giving her the ability to travel widely and bringing her to Atlanta to sink her roots. Her later work in real estate sales led her to law school.

For pleasure Pam competed in horse shows for many years with the Georgia Hunter Jumper Association and still rides her gray Arab Warmblood cross, Ruwenzori, for pleasure. She enjoys golf but, on some level, still believes a golf course would be a great place to ride a horse! Pam lives in Roswell, and she and her husband, Dick Clifton, enjoy spending time at their home in Panama City Beach, Florida with their “four legged” children, Mikey, the deaf cat, and Fannie Mae, a cocker spaniel/Lhasa apso mix.
